double chamber vaucum packing machine

Specification:
This double chamber vaucum packing machine is used for pumping vacuum for partical, powder and liquid of meat, stewed food, dressing, preserves, grain, soybean products, chemistry and medicine. This packing prevents the products from oxidation, mildew, damp and extends the storeage time of the products.
This machine vacuums(gas charges), seals and prints fonts at one time. The vacuum degree is controled by potentiometer. The sealing temperature has five levels and reach different temperature by adjusting tranformer heating voltage. The heat sealing time is controled by digital time relay which is not limited by the size of the vacuum chamber. According with the national food labeling regulation, this machine adopts labeling equiment which changes the words conveniently and prints clearly.

 Technique introduction:

· The shell is stainless steel made and the control panel adopts new touch button
· The technical parameter of the packed products can be input before hand
· The whole automatic process can be finished once press the vacuum chamber lid when working

How to extract oxygen :

Put your products into the heating tube of the vacuum packing machine ,then put the gas nozzle into the bags →turn on the switch→heating tube under the fuction of the cylinder will decline to sponge then press the bags →extract oxygen→gas nozzle under the function of the cylinder will run back,heating tube continue decline heating ,sealing , cooling →finished products→heating tube reset

How to inject nitrogen:

Feature:

Vacuum packaging is pumped into the low vacuum packaging bag, the automatic sealing immediately, due to high vacuum bag, very little residual air and inhibit the propagation of bacteria and other microorganisms to prevent the items oxidation, mildew and corruption, while some Soft goods, vacuum packaging, can be reduced packaging size, easy to transport and storage.
